Freelap Timing System - Full Review
I've had my Freelap Timing System for a full indoor and outdoor athletics season and wanted to make an organic review video to help anyone considering a purchase.
The set I bought has four cones and a Touch Pro to start, meaning I can have three intermediate splits. As I say in the video, this was an accident based on the assumption that I needed to make a "gate" with two cones. I would say that having at least one split time is really helpful, as it's quite common for sprinters to think about acceleration and top speed as two separate qualities. If I only had two cones I would position one at ~30m so I always know how well I've got out, and then beyond that will effectively be a "flying" time where I'm at or near top speed.

Grounding/Earthing Sheet for Sleep and HRV [Results]

After learning about grounding or "earthing" I thought I'd do a little self experiment - 40 nights with a grounding sheet to see if I can move my wearable data in a positive direction. I admire your dedication my friend trying lots of different protocols. I was a bit like you when I was your age. Nothing worked although I lost no more hair till 50. See my post below. I am now 63 and had 2 hair transplants . Best money I ever spent. If you count up the total money spent on lotions and potions you could probably afford a hair transplant . I went to Turkey. I am currently 4.5 months in to my second transplant and the results are good. I also have a Demi wave on my hair every 4 months to increase the illusion of density. You can also get a scalp tattoo which would blend in to your existing hair . Would look good on you as you keep your hair short . I think eventually you will go down my route. By the way the transplant knocked 10 years off me. All my friends and family were amazed. You won’t regret it

I started losing my hair at 18. Went to see a trichologist who confirmed mpb. This was in the 1980s. Read as much as I could on the subject and started massaging my scalp every day . I never lost anymore hair up to the age of 50 but the hair strands did thicken. After the age of 50 I suffered from extreme clinical depression and lost my motivation for life. I stopped massaging my scalp and the rest of my hair dropped out. Pulled myself out of depression after 10 years although have bipolar and embarked on 2 hair transplants . Best money I spent and am now doing the massaging again. If you massage the back of your head you will notice the skin is loose and flexible whereas the crown and temple not as much. For me the most important thing is to make sure that your crown and temples are as flexible as the back of your head. It’s very hard to regrow hair back. However, the earlier you start massaging the more chance you have got to fill in the gaps. Massage your scalp every day for the rest of your life if you still have some hair or have had a hair transplant. You don’t need to obsess too much

Hello, Thank you for your interest in Freelap and for this really well explained video about how you are using Freelap ! Congratulations on the interesting content you produced and on your 2 cute daughters (maybe future champions ? ^^) For 3pt start we really recommend to use the Tx Pad Pro instead of the Tx Touch Pro. Indeed, contrary to the Tx Pad Pro, the Tx Touch pro has a very small zone where the magnetic field is not present so it may miss a start sometimes if you are doing 3pt start. It is the reason why we recommend Tx Pad Pro for 3pt start, you won’t have any trouble with it doing 3pt start. We stay at your disposal, Have good training sessions with Freelap !

A month ago I started taking 300mg of Saw Palmetto per day and noticed that I do not have erectile problems as I did when taking propercia in the past. Last week I have also introduced 1000mg per day of pumpkin seeds oil. I also use minoxidil for years and do 1 derma roller per week.. I am planning to keep doing all these for at least 6 months and then maybe I will introduce half a pill of propercia 2 times per week.. Will just have to wait i guess

Everyone here in comments saying use it topically are not reading the studies. The studies were oral. This blocks DHT. Then to help things further, add minoxidil, Tretinoin and micro-needling to increase cellular turnover topically. Rosemary oil has been debunked so many times by chemists. See Lab Muffin Beauty Science for clear breakdown of how those studies should be interpreted.

Second use Ogx thick and full biotin and collagen shampoo , Third eat saw palmetto 350 mg daily, fourth do head stand daily and Fifth massage head daily.

That's a thorough protocol! Is it just called "clove oil" or is there a specific name? It sounds like the same mechanism as peppermint oil, which is to boost blood flow at the scalp. How long have you been following this protocol (or variations of it) and have you seen results?

I saw a tattoo artist that wanted to experiment with the longer time between sessions. He removed someone’s tattoo in only 4 sessions (it looked a similar dark and thick black tattoo like in this video). The minimum time between sessions was 9 months. Other times were 1 year between sessions. I think if you’re someone that wants to remove your tattoo fully, and the time it takes isn’t much of a concern. You should consider waiting 1 years between sessions, it will make it much more affordable too. Paying only one session a year is around $800 I believe. It’s much better than paying $800 every 6 weeks.

hey man! your videos are incredibly informative, I've been following your journey for a while and seen your recent updates regarding rosemary oil and castor oil daily topical, I was wondering why do you think you're seeing results now when you haven't seen any before from using rosemary oil in a few different experiments. do you think it's because you're doing it daily this time? or do you think the castor oil is the big difference? im running a similar experiment with pumpkin seed oil + rosemary oil, I might add in castor oil as an extra carrier if you think the evidence is there to support it!

    • @9to5strength
      @9to5strength 9 днів тому

Hey, I've also been microneedling every 10 days which I think is helping. For the rosemary & castor oil my theory is that it's the prolonged exposure time of applying it overnight that's the differentiator (I wash my hair every 2-3 days so technically it's still on my scalp during some day times). Previously I was following the guidelines to wash the topical solution out after 20-30 minutes, which now seems like an odd recommendation if you want to maximise absorption. If PSO and rosemary oil are your "active" ingredients then you could add in castor oil as the "base" oil, I've found it to be more pleasant than either coconut oil or grapeseed oil, which are two other common suggestions.

The earth is charged negative. As you move up from the earth the charge is increasingly positive. So if you are not grounded to the earth you are losing electrons via respiration. Touching a door knob will not ground you because *it* is positively charged too. The only way to hold a negative charge in the body is to be in contact with the earth, whether barefoot, or conductive devices wired to the grounding rod of the building.

He’s never had relief despite using strong medication, a tens machine, cbd oil, exploratory surgery, injections .. everything you can think of. So out of desperation we got him a grounding bed Sheet and his pain is now 90% better. He can bend down and do daily activities which he has been unable too for decades now. He was housebound. Also he was in blood thinners which he’s now massively reduced as grounding helps to thin the blood. There’s plenty of evidence especially for the blood and pain aspect. He can sleep through the night now so I can promise you they do work and they work well. I wouldn’t knock it until you’ve tried it

I have a volt meter and it's easy to test the difference, not on the Grounding sheet it's around 1, then sitting on the grounded bed using the same process you get a reading of .1 to 0, ypu just don't know how to test it sounds like.

I was also really scared from finasteride. But when I take it, my libido is at the highest level that ever was. My erection is harder. It is caused by higher testosterone due to lower conversion of testosterone to DHT. What am I trying and what is my regime? Oral and topical finasteride. Oral and topical minoxidil. Microneedling at least every week. Ketokonazol shampoo every week. Eating pumpkin seed oil. Scalp massages.

*My advice*:- Bro, do 10-15min scalp massage with bhringraj oil + vitamin e capsules (in morning till evening) and castor oil (overnight).... I have also got drastic improvement in my hair regrowth (yeah, regrowth)... I will also upload my before and after hairs to prove my point.... .... But, remember a point:- do this on short hair or bald head, because it will easier to scalp massage.... {2008 indian research on bhringraj oil vs minoxidil, u will amaze to know that bhringraj oil outperformed in hair regrowth}.... Even in our ancient tradition, we called bhringraj oil - king of all hairs; Taking about my hair problem- it is seborrheic dermatitis + shredding hair line from front and back...
